The chassis and the ramps are built from 3 mm hot-dip galvanised steel. The usual industry standard is 1.5 mm. That means 50% more material at the highest-stress points. More years in service, better behaviour under torsion and corrosion, less depreciation at resale.

2-year warranty against manufacturing defects

While most of the market offers a 1-year warranty, our cover runs to 2 years. It includes the galvanised chassis, the suspension, the braking system and every factory-fitted component. Any issue is handled directly with Arnaud from Spain, with no need to send the trailer back to the factory or deal with third-party service centres.

Prices 15% to 50% below the equivalent

Low platform with ramps

How to choose the right flatbed trailer with ramps

Four decisions that separate buying well from buying twice.

1. Work out the real load, not the nominal one

Add up the heaviest load you will carry, not the occasional one. If you move a 1,250 kg Bobcat S70 but sometimes add attachments and tools, budget for 1,500-1,700 kg. Pick a gross weight with a 15-20% margin over the maximum load you expect.

2. Set the deck length by the footprint of the load

The load has to sit centred over the axle (or between the axles on twin-axle trailers). If the base of the load measures 3 metres, the deck should be at least 3.5 metres. Long vehicles such as caravans, tiny houses or large cars: 5-6 metres.

3. Choose the ramp type by use

Aluminium ramp: light, ideal for loads that roll on (cars, motorbikes, quads). Anti-slip steel ramp: heavier, but it takes tracked machinery and uneven weight. Our ramps are hot-dip galvanised steel like the chassis, with an anti-slip finish.

4. Decide whether you need an overrun brake

By law, every trailer over 750 kg gross weight must have an overrun brake. If you are moving machinery or vehicles above that weight, make sure the trailer comes with an AL-KO system or equivalent. Ours fit one as standard on models above 750 kg gross weight.
